LAWZ
Lawz lovingly shares her experience through 15 years of fitness, weights, movement & meditations. She’s a huge lover of meditative movement inspired by her enjoyment of Kundalini Yoga. Through intuitive guidance, she connects with clients of all walks of life. Guiding you to find your inner peace & harmony amidst the
chaos of everyday life.
She enjoys a fun tarot card group share at the end of the holistic fitness sessions & believes in the transformative power of heartspace & mindfulness.
CHLO
Chlo is super fun and ripples joy, sessions with Chlo have been described as addictive.
Through our group training sessions and weight-focused workouts, she wishes to inspire you to embody a healthier and stronger version of yourself.
Chlo, is deeply passionate about fitness and nutrition, she enjoys cooking and throwing together great quality ingredients and creating 'deliciou-so' meals.

KATH
Meet Kath, our in-house intuitive soulful beauty and massage therapist.
Anyone that meets Kath falls in love with her beautiful smile and sincere kindness.
Her services range from relaxation treatments include; Reiki, she has a crystal healing diploma to lymphatic drainage massage, aromatherapy & deep tissue/remedial massage.
Kathryn wholly loves her work and very is passionate about helping others.
