Any 1 Monday Class of your choice 8am/9.30am on a user friendly membership.

PERSONAL TRAINING (PT)

30 minute PT session catered to your own personal needs and intentions. 

PERSONAL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Create your own group session with 3+ppl or more.
